研究方向:生物催化与酶工程、酶分子改造、酶结构及催化机制解析
通过结构生物学方法解析重要酶结构,阐明催化机制,并基于结构对酶分子进行理性设计及改造。工作内容包括:(1)霉菌毒素分解酶;(2)新型萜类合成酶;(3)重要工业酶。以第一作者(共同第一)在 Angew. Chem. Intl. Ed.(VIP重点推荐,封面文章,IF:16.823)、J. Hazard Mater.(一区,IF:14.224)、Cell Chem.
