一、研究领域:
主要结合结构生物学、生物化学等手段研究:(1)疾病相关重要蛋白质的结构和分子机制;(2)生成抗肿瘤天然产物过程中的酶促反应机制;(3)重要工业酶的结构和催化机制。已在Nature、Cell、Immunity、Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.、ACS Catalysis等SCI期刊发表20篇高水平文章,其中以第一作者(包含共同第一)在Nature、Immunity、Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.、ACS Catalysis等高水平SCI期刊上发表文章7篇,2篇获选为封面文章,申请国内外专利6项。
